OpenForm is an open source event management platform designed for educational institutes, organisers, and participants. It helps you discover, register, manage, and attend events easily and securely. Built with PHP & MySQL, the platform focuses on simplicity, security, and scalability.

  • Mobile OTP Login: Login and register using your mobile number and WhatsApp OTP – no password required!
  • Event Discovery: Browse upcoming and past events, view details, and register instantly.
  • Online Payments: Pay securely for paid events via integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
  • QR Code Attendance: Mark attendance by scanning event QR codes – quick and reliable.
  • Instant Digital Certificates: Get downloadable, verifiable certificates after event participation.
  • Role-based Dashboards: Separate dashboards for participants, organisers, institutes, and platform owner (superadmin).
  • Reporting & Analytics: Institutes and organisers get real-time registration, payment, and attendance reports.

How it works?

  1. Organiser creates an event (online/offline) with all details.
  2. Participants discover the event and register using mobile OTP.
  3. Payment (if applicable) is made online.
  4. Participants attend and mark attendance via QR code.
  5. Instant certificate is issued after event completion.
